Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a professionally designed logo for our engineering startup.
Via our own design we went with a rudimentary four-leaf clover. While this is preferred, it's by no means mandatory.
The color palette should at least consist of Green, Black (and grey) and White.
We are looking for a big and small version of the logo, as seen for example in the uploaded files. The smaller logo should ideally be a simplified version. (that can for example be used as an icon)
