Logo Design Brief
Recently purchased 6 unit hotel, 2 homes, restaurant and 67 boat slips. The restaurant and houses have been around since the 1960s and is an icon in the area, but recent owners have allowed to deteriorate. We’re rebooting project into an AirBNB property with a mid-modern century 1950s feel. The restaurant will be turned into a 4-bedroom rental unit. Then we will be placing a food truck and bar down by the marina. The 67 boat slips, will become a 400 slip world class marina experience. The project is located on Douglas Lake in Dandridge, TN with the most incredible views of the Smoky Mountain National Park. The new name of the project is “SMOKY MOUNTAIN LAKESIDE RESORT AND MARINA”.
