Logo Design Brief

Looking for a nacho style character with Notch'yo in an arc above and Nachos in an arc below creating almost a circle around the nacho character. Similar to the nacho character i shared but less like a double stack and the fake looking red and green "peppers" or whatever they are. No superhero but i love the arms like a strong character.
