Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a restaurant called Grandma's. It needs to have 2 parts. one part would be just the profile of an old woman (like a cameo) with no words. And then I need "Grandma's" spelled out in a good clear font. I want it to be clean and uncluttered but not too modern. the signage we are creating from it will be going on a building from 1877. I want everything in black and white- and I want two copies of everything. one white on black and one black on white.

or feel free to get creative! last time I picked a design that wasn't at all what I asked for. The first thing I'm using the logo for is a sign that will be wide but not very tall. (think like maybe 24" x 60" or 24 x 48).
