Logo Design Brief

We produce laser epitaxy systems, see our website www.epiray.de. The logo should consist of the company name plus very clean, simple, straightforward graphics. Attached files show fonts we liked and some ideas of our own (but not good enough). Here is what the logo needs to portray:
future, elegance, minimalistic, clean, clear, strong
Since the product is based on laser beams, a potential idea is to use some kind of rays within the logo. Color suggestion: a nice blue, or a strong orange / red tone
