T-shirt Design Brief

I need a design to use for a shirt or possibly other apparel items. I would like a U.S. firefighters helmet with not too many bright colors. And on the front of the helmet, there's normally a shield that usually has a number or letters on it but instead of that I would like a black and white American flag with the red line in it (symbolizing support for firemen). I've attached my logo, you can use it in the design if you want but not a requirement and if you do use it it needs to be small and not attract too much attention. The file will need a transparent background (in PNG) and be high quality.
