Brochure Design Brief
Have a presentation designed "in house" by laypeople that we would like to have redone to appear more professional and polished. Looking for a document template (although the vast majority of the copy from the in house version will likely be used going forward). The new format can include pictures (feel free to use placeholder images from the internet or our website).
We develop residential developments (we do not typically build the houses - although do at one of our current projects - but instead focus on the community design, community amenities (which we build) and install all the infrastructure before selling lots to homebuilders). We've received national acclaim and a number of national and local awards for our projects. More information on our website at www.corbelis.com
Updates
I have some hires photos that can be used in the brochure. I couldn't upload them here (files too large) but have created a link to our file server where you can view/download them for your design submittals.

Thank you to all designers who submitted ideas for this project. We will be making a final selection of the winning design in the next 24 hours (we are a little behind from the snow storm). Thank you again for all your efforts.
