Logo Design Brief

We run a car hire business and we're expanding our fleet to include a new Tesla Model S Plaid and would like to create a logo to promote this offering.
The logo should include "Project Plaid" and needs to work as a standalone element and also as an icon, or a modified variation can be used as the icon.

I'm interested to see all different kinds of ideas, whether using the outline of the Model S Plaid itself, or using the 2 x P's or anything else.

As for colours, the car itself will be matte black, however I'm happy to see logo options using any colours that you think might work well.

I'm looking for something simple, clean and slick. I don't want lots of different parts to the logo and I DEFINITELY don't want some off-the-shelf logo that uses generic elements that you just drop the words into, so please don't waste your time (or mine) submitting those.

If you think you can come up with something smart, clean and slick, let's see it!
