Logo Design Brief

I would like to purchase a customized version of a design you have previously submitted - https://www.designcrowd.com/design/5826994

I need a design for the above entity that is original, memorable, and would look GREAT on a big screen at events as well as giveaways (bags journals, etc. ). The phoenix you have above looks like a woman dancing and a Phoenix with the head facing in the correct position(up) all at the same time. Its amazing! Most of the conferences I do are women's events so this is perfect. It needs to be beautiful yet powerful. You don't have to include this in the design but the tagline is "RISE: Relentlessly Inspiring Self Empowerment". It also represents rebirth, power and elegance. Please use some Blue in the design but I am open to other colours that POP/complement the design. I am attaching a mock logo that I made (I found an image and coloured it) which I love but the colours are too much to use on other deliverables (I don't own the image and used a font called Roseshade from font meme). Plus I need to be able to separate out the logo (bird and words) from the background. In addition to the design idea attached and above...I also envisioned a phoenix that if you stand in front of it it looks like the wing are about to wrap around you.
