Book Cover Design Brief

Need a book cover design (including back cover) for a book called BUILDERS BUSINESS BLUEPRINT

The subtitle of the book is
How Builders Get Leads And Turn Them Into High Profit Contracts Whilst Getting Paid To Plan Out Their Projects

For the graphic on the page i would like something clever and maybe a bit abstract to represent the following
1. A builder in the middle
2. Around the builder there should be the following
a) Image of leads / enquiries coming in (might be represented as people or heads)
b) Image of a filter (to represent the builder filtering their Leads / Enquiries)
c) Image to represent the builder signing up the lead (so maybe a pen and contract would work for this image)
d) Image to represent design work, cost estimating and project planning.
So design work could be a plan, cost estimating could be a calculator and dollar sign, and project planning could be a gantt chart schedule (these 3 smaller images would be grouped next to each other)
e) Image to represent the a final high profit contract signing (so a handshake and dollar sign image would work for this)

OTHER INFORMATION TO NOTE
-cover needs to have my name on it - THEO MANIFAVAS
-i like the idea of the word BLUEPRINT being in some sort of font or design to represent a blueprint
-i think the word BLUEPRINT should be in blue as well
-extra bonus goes to making a good looking title (i.e BUILDERS BUSINESS BLUEPRINT) as i'll more than likely adopt this for my business logo as well
