Logo Design Brief

We need a logo and website design for a Consulting and Executive Coaching business. The business name is 'Northentic' which combines the idea of partnering with organisations and individuals in an authentic way to help them achieve their North Star Vision or 'True North'

We leverage systems thinking and strengths based approaches to foster a lean/agile culture, valuing people, relationships, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Best described as a humanistic approach to agile. We focus on coaching ‘the self’ and how leaders make conscious choices to create the right environment and conditions for performance. At a system level, it’s about agile for the context in which you operate, empathy for circumstance and history, and using strength-based approaches to Agile evolutions.
