Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a logo for our new apparel company called UTV Posse. Our clothing line is designed specifically for the UTV riders and off-road enthusiasts. Our line will focus on shirts and hats that people can wear either out on the trails while riding or bumming around on the weekends. We do not want to have the logo specific to one type of side by side as brand competition is fierce and we do not want to alienate one brand because our logo shows a UTV of a different brand. We would like the logo to look good with color or black and white so we can apply it to multiple colors and designs.
