Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo designed for my office building/club. The building is historic and was built in 1740 and I would like to potentially include the number "1740" in the logo. Other ideas are to include a sketched image of the building (photo uploaded). Another idea would be to incorporate the "1740" with a jolly roger pirate flag or other skull and bones or pirate imagery.
