Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for our youth group called 'Whitehill Youth'. Our youth group is for high-school students ages 12-17. We have a strong focus on connecting with people in the community and being a welcoming group. The logo should appeal to highschool aged students. I have attached the previous logo below. We would like to move away from the red colour.
