Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Oregon called Camber and True Collective. We provide architectural and project management services for commercial projects throughout the country. We would like to see designs that use colors that express brand personality traits such as sincerity and competence and creativity. Ideal colors would be blue, purple, green and/or black/grey. May use "&" or "/" instead of "and". Can consider abbreviating to CTC. The final design should be modern and forward leaning with a feeling of strength and longevity in experience.
