Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for our dairy farm "Hinkley Dairy". We are a family farm that has been in business since 1992! We recently started building our brand and we are wanting a new logo to put on all of our products including dairy products, stickers, hats, and shirts! we are located in the middle of the mojave desert so we would like for the logo to be a clash of green fields and pastures with the cactus filled desert. Somewhere in the logo we want a holstein milk cow (No horns). We are open to color schemes.
