Graphic Design Brief

My company is seeking to have a 3D design production of a similar Bear@brick product for a friend's new shop. We have a current 2D image which we need it to be in STL file. The attached image is in 2D which need not be amended or changed. We just need the same image to be done in 3D design and saved in STL format.
