Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a US-based virtual 'world of work' startup. It's a game-like world where employees of various companies get avatars, and can walk around in the virtual world and talk to each other to facilitate better remote work. Think of it as a business layer on top of World of Warcraft or Second Life.

Open to different palettes, but one we currently use is purple/green/black (see attached images), and another is a gradient between blue and pink.

We really like logo designs that have the two main letters (SW) in one icon, like the attached image that combines M and V.
