Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company named 'We Buy Central PA Houses' which is our branded name spun off of the website 'webuycentralpahouses.com'. We have multiple ventures that revolve around real estate development. This is a home buying business that markets a cash sale with a fast settlement targeting those that want a fast sale. Its key that we find a design that establishes trust, branding and familiarity and avoids the typical corporate look. Vintage/ worn/ stamp like/ black and white/ works on all media + colors. I would like to use the Pennsylvania State Route sign with the keystone symbol as the backdrop to the logo. See attachments of example logos just for reference and a PA State Route sign. Could possible incorporate markers above and/or just below the keystone sign to make it work. Ideally through the center of the sign it would say Central PA in a decorative text with WE BUY above and HOUSES below similar to the sample logo modeling the web address, webuycentralpahouses.com. Possibly incorporate a .com at the end.
