Signage Design Brief
I have a vision but do not know any software tools. I need to create a real estate sign from scratch. The sign is traditionally a 4:5 ratio--more tall than wide. The text needed on the sign is governed by California state law, so that is not a variable. The font, font size and colors used are the variables.
The red and gold sample has the exact text needed.
Updates
The text on the sign should be like the red and gold sample I included in my brief. Unsure why some designers are putting "governed by state law" on the sign. ???
And can we elevate the font to something more sophisticated? I included both the Compass and sotheby's logos for inspiration. The fonts used should be similar.
