Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new plumbing company based in Alexandria, VA called 'Willway Services'. We offer residential plumbing services to install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage system, and fixtures. Plumbing is going to be our main service to begin, but we plan to eventually grow into HVAC, electrical, and bathroom remodeling services down the road (2-5 years). We would like to see designs that are primarily use black and white (color for contrast is ok). The final design should be simple, bold, and should be easily distinguishable.
