Logo Design Brief

My husband is from Denmark, and I lived there for many years. We have started flipping houses using high-quality materials and a minimalistic, Scandinavian aesthetic. We would like a clean logo for our new LLC, NordicNest. I think it will look best written as one word, ''NordicNest''. We do not really want any extra images with the logo, text only. We prefer modern fonts, like the one I uploaded. We like black and white. We are open to your ideas. Thank you so much for your help!
