Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a project and laboratory funded by the European Research Council. The projects goals are to crowd source water samples from lakes all over the world to sequence environmental DNA and survey biodiversity for plants and animals. Here is my academic website with the projects plans: https://environmental-dna.ethz.ch/research/projects.html. The earth, blue and green colors and DNA could feature in the logo, but open to ideas in other directions.
