T-shirt Design Brief

We're looking for a T-shirt design for a group reunion. Hoping for a 1980s-inspired design similar to the albums and concert T-shirts of Journey, Asia, Boston or similar artists incorporating the attached logo.

The group were government workers involved in public safety work and created and adopted a number of creative, new techniques to make the public safer.

I've uploaded eps and pdf files of a version of the logo BUT if using that, the following elements would have to be removed for this project:
1) the bottom banner "Est 2014"
2) "2020"
3) "3rd Annual Reunion"

Must have

• Attached logo
  
  On the back of the shirt should be the following text:
  
  NJOHSP Reunion World Tour
  
  Time frame: Complete not later than July 31
  2018 Philadelphia, PA
  2019 Hershey, PA
  2020 Shangri-La (with the word 'Cancelled' over it)
  2021 Corning, NY

Nice to have

• Themes that would be appropriate would be:
  1) intelligence, espionage
  2) sci-fi or space
  3) secrets or hidden knowledge
