Logo Design Brief

I need a logotype for my company based in Portugal, Algarve called "The Magnolia Properties", and I would like to incorporate a flower (Magnolia or a Lotus flower). I will sell properties. I will attach some ideas. Theses designs will be used on the social networks, email signature and stacionery materials. The final design should communicate houses to sell. I liked some other logos I've seen here in designcrowd, named Magolia Sands.
