Flyer Design Brief

We require a 3-4 page flyer document designed and made to look professional by a designer. Sample of flyers (2 pdfs) are uploaded. The contents of the flyer are provided in excel document (can use same headings/titles). Please use the contents to design a flyer that looks different to the sample flyers.
The logos are provided in the uploaded files and the colour codes to be used are:
Hex Colours
Green: #006f51
Grey: #727272
have uploaded pics that can be used
Footnotes: all the footnotes in the balanced growth flyer (sample-pg1-3) are to be used as well (repeated) but replace 'Empire' with 'Securitas'. the footnote for the risk profile is in the excel.
