The Villa Auguste is a bourgeois villa dating from 1875, completely renovated, in the city center, 500 meters from the beach, in which 5 studios are for rent in the form "Rb & b". Customers can rent either 1 studios (including bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and toilet) or even the entire villa. It is a very calm environment, conducive to reading and peaceful vacations. It is an elegant place but not fancy. The studios have a strong visual identity (a choice of color dominating the wall and ceiling), and the positioning is rather upscale, compared to what is on the market today. The logo will be used on the website which is under construction, and to print certain postcard-type documents. It can be inspired by the designs of the cement tiles at the entrance to the villa (pictured), and the same color codes as these tiles (black-anthracite gray, beige, brick). You need a color version and a b / w version, and a print and web version.
