T-shirt Design Brief

Need to create a special 30 anniversary tee shirt design - hope to use on polos as well

Size of print area normal max is 12" wide by 15.5" tall. If it's more than like 100 shirts we can stretch it to 14" wide by 16.5" tall because they can go on a different type of press. Ladies size S limits us to 12 x 16.5.
