T-shirt Design Brief

This t-shirt plays on the funny cultural similarities between Italians and Canadians in that Canadians say "EH" a lot and Italians say "EH and OH" a lot.

I had some ideas on how I had envisioned it but would like to see what much more qualified artists could do with this idea. I've attached templates of the ideas I've had as a starting point.
