Graphic Design Brief
Our band, Stygian Depths is releasing a heavy cover of Depeche Mode's Policy of Truth.
For the "album" cover design, we would like to take as inspiration the image from Depeche Mode's album, Violator. It's an image of a flower, possibly a rose, on a black background. We would like the design to be a clear reference to Violator, but ***darker***, ***more sinister***, ***more metal***!
I have uploaded an mp3 of our cover of Policy of Truth, the image of the Violator album, and artwork for past releases of ours to give an idea of what we've gone for in the past.
