Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a solo practitioner for a Physical Therapy practice. PT practice focuses on one-on-one treatment sessions and will include a variety of manual therapy modalities, Pilates and CoreAlign. I want to see a design that uses the colors red, yellow, and blue to reflect the Philippine flag, which is my country of origin. The final design should encourage trust, communicate safety and assure results under my care. If possible, I would like to include the tagline "Empowering you to make Wellness a Lifestyle."
