Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my real estate investments in apartment buildings. I mainly invest in multi-family houses (mainly in the south of Germany) that look a bit shabby at first glance or that are not well managed and developed. Always with the aim of developing them, renovating them smartly and increasing the value through small improvements for both the tenants and myself. Mainly for professional financing discussions with banks, but also for the preparation of the property data for co-investors, I need a logo design, which I can use primarily in PowerPoint templates and also in letter templates. I don't want a raised logo, but with the fact that I want to earn money with it, of course, because it should be well received in the banking sector (i.e. security, reliability and expertise), but I would like to come across with a touch of cheek.
