Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new dental office located in South Carolina, USA. The name of the office is "Palmetto Bluff Dental Care" or "PBD". This is a luxury, upscale and modern dental office. I would like the logo to be modern and minimalistic. I am open to using modern and minimalist design elements incorporating any of the following; tooth, toothbrush, smile, alligator, palmetto tree, live oak tree. I am also open to using negative space in the logo design. I am also open to using a modern and minimalist design using "P.B.D." with a tooth in place of a period after each letter. I would like the logo to be predominantly black and white, but would be open to using a small accent of color for contrast. Please be creative and think out of the box. I don't want it to look like your typical and ordinary dental office logo. The uploaded files are for inspirational purposes only to give you an idea of overall style, look and feel.
