Must have
- Must be bold, show the idea of things coming together. Name has three Cs. Convergent. Communication. Consulting. Could use that combination to show how everything comes together. 
Express Trust, creativity, and an ability to see things others don't. 
Nice to have
- A memorable use of negative space that is creatively revealed. Think Fed Ex and the arrow. Some way of conveying that we are helping companies address climate change, improve diversity and impact the world by the power of storytelling
 
Should not have
- Not hokey. Not consumer flashy or glitzy. Not corny or punny. This logo will be used at the UN, in the White House, on a global stage. It must have weight and impact.
