Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design that we can use across all platforms. We are re-branding our business to stand out above the other real estate companies in our area that will be eye-popping and memorable. We work in residential real estate to include investment, distressed, traditional and luxury properties. We had considered naming the business Red Shoe Real Estate but felt it may alienate any men that wanted to join the team. I would still like to carry that idea into the logo and tag line of "We fit you like your favorite pair". I have loaded the shoe I would like to see used in the branding. Maybe a silhouette of a person leaning against the shoe? Keller Williams is the company we attach to and their colors are red, black and white. I am not set on those colors and would be open to ideas. I do not want a lot of colors though; something professional, sleek and elegant to match the concept of "luxury".
