“Hodson Motors” Logo - Classic Trucks, Merchandise, Autoparts
Logo Design Brief
We are rebranding and relaunching our company, and looking to do a new logo. We currently go by “Hodson Motorsports” but we plan to drop the “sport” and just go by “Hodson Motors”. I like my old logo, but it’s missing that special something to really set it off. We build classic trucks with modern touches, and as such I want a logo that will have classic design elements in a modern feel. We also run vehicle giveaways, where we give away one of our classic trucks and sell merchandise to pay for the truck, so this logo will be put on a lot of shirts, hats, misc products. doesn’t have to include the initials “HM” I am completely open to just a great design with no initials. We will use this logo on our website and merchandise, but also cut out of sheet metal as badging on parts we produce, so it needs to be simple enough to cut out. - Something simple enough to cut out in sheet metal, we make a lot of our own parts and we cut them on a plasma table, so the design needs to be simple enough, or have a simple enough silhouette to cut.
