Must have

• Logo for a new app that allows company employees to communicate easily and discuss all kinds of HR type issues. The app continuously surveys employees about their feelings, goals, etc.  It allows them to post questions to their managers, review things in the company and talk safely with other staffers. They say it takes the "pulse" of a company
  
  Some key ideas are engagement, growth, dialog, listening, collaboration, honest, transparency
  
  Logo can be text or text + n icon or visual logo.
  
  
  
  The X in 3d might be interesting as these conversations are all complex and faceted.
  
  
  The attached graphic called 'corporate logo' is an element of our parent companies logo. Some connection to that either in colors or maybe making an X out of the orby shapes might be cool to se.

Nice to have

• Attached are some random snippets I found that are sort of interesting idea starters. Graphic elements besides the Spring and the X could be dialog boxes, talk bubbles, sound waves, a heart etc, a heartbeat line (EKG) . a flock or hive. A gathering.

Should not have

• The concept should be flat and modern. We have no interest in cheesey gradients, embossed text and other gratuitous effects and junk .
