Graphic Design Brief

Need attached image cleaned up looking as cool as possible ready for screen printing. Will be used for first T shirt design. Would like design as close as possible but with artist freedom to make it as good as u believe it can be. Would prefer black and white, but open to vibrant tropical colors as well. I would like the letters traditional tattoo lettering as well as the overall style or the design to be like a traditional tattoo.
