Can you please be specific about your requirement.
You want your home page redesigned and then developed in WIX, or you need total redesign as well as total development in WIX.
Because as per the budget total website redesign and redevelopment is not possible.

Home page design can be redesigned and then redeveloped in your WIX. Or price page can be redesigned as per your provided design.

If you want more jobs then you have to discuss the job scope with the winner (WIX designer and developer) and then increase your budget.
