Logo Design Brief

I need a logo made for a charity golf tournament.

The logo needs to either be in the shape of a guitar pick or have it be the main focal point.

The name of the tournament is

SNEDS AND FRIENDS ... use the & if it works better for you
The only other text that needs to go on it is 2021

I would like it to somehow incorporate the silhouette that I have attached.

Also, possibly use the tri-star from the Tennessee state flag if it fits but not a must. I haveattached two examples that I saw that might give you an idea.
