Word Template Design Brief

I conduct management training for executive level clients. I am looking to develop a template for the training materials that has a consistent high quality look. These training materials include participant handouts and workbooks, training information sheets and PowerPoint presentations.
I have previously used design crowd to design a logo, business cards and letterheads, which are attached as examples.

• My preference for body text in Word documents is Calibri 11pt, with headings being a compatible font.
