T-shirt Design Brief

We want to put Bob Marley with a fire helmet on a tee shirt. We would like it to be somewhat cartoonish but also realistic. We would like the helmet to look like the Carins N5A New Yorker and on the shield the numbers 53. We would like the helmet to be placed on top of Bob Marleys dreads so we can see them coming out from under the helmet.
