Word Template Design Brief

We are a new consulting firm that specializes in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management implementations in need of a new Word template. We need our main document to have the following elements:
• Title Page with our logo and a place for a client logo, a title, sub-title, and author information
• Table of Contents
• Numbered Heading 1 through 5
As an example:

1.1.1.1
• Tables are very important as we use them frequently
• Header with our logo and the client logo
• Footer with page numbers and something about confidential document
• The fonts in the document need to just work, regardless of the computer and in office 365

This template will be used to put together any of the following documents:
• Statement of Work
• Admin Guide
• Design Document
• User Guide
• Requirements Document
• Offer Letter
• Internal Documentation
• Profile/Bio/Resource Resume

We would like the main theme colors to blend with our logo, but also have a variety of colors in the theme that complement the main theme colors. I have also uploaded a PDF version of our PowerPoint template.
