Logo Design Brief
I work for the buyer, not the seller by taking their brief and searching for an investment, home or office across all levels of income. I do all the search work, negotiate and execute contracts and buy the property on their behalf. We also offer a 'concierge' service of trades, builders and removalists. Tasmania is an island at the bottom of Australia, has the cleanest air and water in the world, is stunningly beautiful with a great food & wine culture. People are moving here from mainland Australia for a better quality of life and more buying power. My business is the only one covering the entire state. My design should communicate comfort, safety in working with a local professional who understands the legislation, has 20+ years in the industry; will move fast (it's a hot market here, properties sell in days) & save them money by knowing the market & what to pay. I like a sophisticated look, edgy is good too but not too crazy. Open to a colour pallet - it needs to catch the eye.

Have been in hospital, but back now and ready to make a decision in the next few days. I also need to change the company name due to a competitor issue to : Tasmania Property Buyers. Please re-submit any ideas with this name change thank you. Gayle.

I will likely have pictures and videos in the background of my website and / or somehow showcasing the lifestyle & opportunities here ie: hiking, wineries, eateries, water sports, mountain climbing, fantastic convict history
