I need the design that could allow the engineers (users) to navigate the educational app in an easy way (1 welcome screen, 1 screen for "Activities", 1 screen for "Resources", 1 screen for "others")
Total of 4 screens (could be less or more depends on your design)

Do you need PSD layout only or coding as well?

PSD layout only for now. Coding is required from the winner only.

You might submit a prototype (InVision, Figma, etc) to support your design and for a better communication.

I will design only PSD layout without coding because I am designer only and cannot provide coding after winning.
