Logo Design Brief

First, replace the text part of the existing logo. Replace the "Quaking Aspen" with "Montana Fly Fishing" and replace the "Ranch" part with "Lodge". I would need this in both the Black and the White versions.
Second, I would like both the new logo(described above) and our existing logo to have the Fish and Horsehead("Bug") separated from the text on each logo in separate files. This will allow us to use just the text part of our logos or just the Bug part of our logos as appropriate whenever we need it...and, of course, have the full logo available to use it as appropriate also.
