Please provide feedback on my design..

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
After reviewing our current designs, we have come to some realizations about our brand concept and design, and have decided to make some important changes to our requirements.

We feel the brand concept doesn't work or read well as two separate words (NBR hoodz), and in fact feel the addition of an A is necessary as well. As a result, we are looking for modified designs that would use a one line thick/bold font as follows:

NABRHOODZ

Sometimes, it is only once you actually see the designs and the branding starts to surface visually, that you come to realize the issues that may exist. We are hoping that some of you would be willing to submit some revisions based on this change, but understand this may be frustrating at this point, and we apologize for this change.
