Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for an apartment community in Omaha, NE called Tudor Heights. This property is going through a complete rebranding. Until the launch of rebranding we will utilize the current name, but there is no logo. We want something simple, but for higher end product. The property does have Swedish/Danish castle designs, but this is not required to be represented in the logo (picture attached).
