Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo to represent the company and link to our name Crossroads Tech Business Services or CTBS. We provide IT/technology managed services and consulting to businesses. We are needing something that scales well and can be put on business cards and promotional items such as pens or shirts etc. we have attached a logo that we like but is already in use. We like the clean shapes and the "crossroad" look to link it to our name. We are not married to the blue, green grey color combo and are open to other suggestions including fonts for lettering.
