Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new precision sport shooting optics company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The products are designed by us in Calgary, and made at a world-class manufacturing facility in Japan, and are geared towards competitive precision rifle, long range shooters. We want the logo to convey quality, precision, and maybe a tie-in to our Rocky Mountain roots if it works.

The logo must have an attractive wordmark and logo that can be used on its own our product (like an emblem) and swag/merchandise.

Requirements

Must have

• A wordmark combination logo, and an emblem that can be used on the side of the riflescope (adjustment knob cover) or other areas, or merchandise.
  
  Included in the brief are two PNGs, one of a sample scope so you can understand placement, and the other just some high-level ideas. I don't want to see just variations of these few options, so please be as creative as possible and I want to see as many different takes on this as possible. Also included are a bunch of competitor logos (Vortex, Bushnell, Tract, Maven, Riton, ZCO, Kahles, Leupold, Schmidt & Bender).

Nice to have

• The emblem could either be in a shield, or something that stands on its own. We could lead with a strong letter "A"
